Despedida
El dolor que siento en mi corazón es muy grande porque Diosito se llevó una parte de mi y sé que cada uno de los que estamos aquí, sentimos algo muy similar. Sin embargo, en medio de tanto dolor quiero darle Gracias a Dios. Sé que parece extraño, pero para que lo comprendan les voy a explicar las razones por las que le quiero dar Gracias.
Primero, quiero darle gracias porque aunque Dios manda ángeles a la tierra, no todos han tenido la oportunidad de convivir tanto tiempo junto a uno de ellos y menos aún de tenerlo tan cerca.
Le quiero dar gracias a Dios porque nos permitió aprender muchas cosas lindas de El, nos enseño a vivir con alegría, a ser emprendedores, a alcanzar nuestras metas y a darnos por los demás. Chris nos enseño a expresar el amor sin que sea un día especial y a aceptar las cosas con optimismo, sin importar lo terrible que éstas parezcan.
Le doy Gracias a Dios porque la partida de Chris fue un proceso, permitiéndonos así, prepararnos en mente, alma y corazón. Dios sabía que necesitabamos tiempo y como todo un Padre amoroso y tierno, nos lo dió.
Le doy Gracias a Dios porque nos dio tiempo para poderle retribuir a Chris un poquito del Amor que El nos dio, dejándonos con un sentimiento de paz. El haber podido estar con El y cada uno de ustedes con nosotros, apoyándonos minuto a minuto y día a día. Confirmando que todos los tratamientos se realizaran de la forma correcta y con la mayor brevedad y amor posible.
Pudimos sentir la satisfacción de estar con El hasta el último momento y ahora saber que El volvió a los brazos y en especial al regazo del Padre que lo creo y que ahora mas que nunca, esta rodeado de amor, alegría y paz.
Le doy Gracias a Dios porque nos permitió verlo en cada pequeño milagro que hacía día a día. Dios nos demostró que no estabamos solos. Aún dentro del Hospital tocó el corazón y el entendimiento de guardas, enfermeras y médicos, no solo les dio sabiduría para atender de la mejor forma a Chris, sino también le suavizó a muchos su carácter y sensibilidad para con nosotros.
Cada vez que llorábamos desesperados e impotentes, nos daba alivio y de alguna manera nos ayudaba, resolviendo lo que en ese momento parecia imposible. Dios, en cada uno de estos Milagros, nos permitió ver que estaba con nosotros.
Le doy gracias a Dios por que esto permitió que muchos que no creían y otros que se cuestionaban, dejaran de hacerlo y simplemente lo conocieran, confiaran en El y hasta empezaran a amarlo. Tambien nos mostro que El es el alfa y la omega, el principio y el fin y que sólo El da la vida eterna así como la paz que el mundo no entiende y que menos aún nos puede dar.
Le quiero dar gracias porque esto nos enseñó a unirnos, entre vecinos, amigos y familiares; olvidamos distancias y situaciones que nos habían separado en el pasado. El recordar como nos uniamos en oración, sin importar credos, apatias rencores o distancias. Todos unidos, rendidos ante El, en un mismo sentir.
Ademas de todo esto, le quiero dar Gracias a Dios por cada uno de ustedes y de muchos que hoy aunque no podían venir, han estado con nosotros. El apoyo de cada uno de ustedes ha sido como un rayito de luz que entra iluminando y calentando una noche que era fría y dura.
Dios nos enseño que en su paso por la vida, Chris dejo mucho y toco profundamente la vida de muchos, y cada uno de ustedes son una muestra de ese recuerdo, un recuerdo que nunca morirá.
Por todo esto que nos permitió vivir y por todo lo bello que ha de venir, te digo,
Gracias Señor!!!

Ve y conviertete en ese angel que siempre fuiste en vida, pero que ahora en forma espiritual nos cuida, nos guía y nos ayuda.
