Servicio al cliente
El mal servicio al cliente parece ser la norma en Costa Rica. Y no me refiero a empresas en Ticas, sino incluso cadenas internacionales con representación en Costa Rica.
Aparentemente, las empresas en Costa Rica piensan que es nuestra obligación pagar los precios que les da la gana, y aguantar lo que nos quieran hacer. Cuando al cliente le va bien, obtiene una disculpa por parte de la empresa, pero en realidad esa disculpa significa “no nos interesa lo que usted piense, y le estamos hechando esta hablada porque no nos cuesta nada y puede que con eso usted nos de más plata en el futuro”.
El problema es que al tico no le gusta reclamar, o acepta cualquier cosa con tal de entrar al lugar de moda. Con tal de impresionar a una chavala, ningún tico la llevaría a Ticoburguesas, no!, hay que llevarla a McDonalds, y los que pueden un poquito más, van a Denny’s o Tony Romas. Pero con qué cara se va a entrar a Denny’s, si el otro día armé un escándalo porque me trataron mal? Este pensamiento es herroneo, si me trataron mal en un restaurante, son ellos los que deberían andar rogándome para que vuelva.
Por esta misma mentalidad de aguantar lo que sea, es que nuestro gobierno está como está. Después de todo, que importa que nuestros gobernantes sean unos ladrones, y que los sindicatos intenten dirigir el país a su antojo, mientras pueda irme de fiesta o ver futbol el fin de semana, no hay complicación.
Yo no comparto esta mentalidad, yo pienso que si una empresa comete una barbaridad en mi contra, tendrán que disculparse, y no simplemente diciendo “lo sentimos”, no, la disculpa tiene que causarles dolor, algo que haga reflexionar a la empresa para que no le vuelva a pasar a ningún otro cliente, y de lo contrario, me perderán a mí como cliente.
