El colmo de la irresponsabilidad
Hoy no me encuentro de muy buen humor.
Hace casi un año se metieron a robar a mi casa. Aunque es algo doloroso e incomodo, se supera. Una de las cosas que más me dolió fue el haber perdido mi televisor. Siendo un amante de las películas, y teniendo problemas para dormir temprano, mi televisor de 29 pulgadas eran una de mis posesiones más apreciadas.
Hoy me siento como si me hubieran robado otra vez!
Después de un año de perder mi televisor, estar viendo tele en los incómodos sillones de la sala (aunque para sentarse son muy cómodos, yo no veo tele sentado a la 1am), con un televisor que ni siquiera tiene control remoto, decidí que ya era tiempo para reponer mi tele, y ya que lo iba a hacer, lo iba a hacer en grande, con un tele que me sirviera para la casa que algún día pienso construir.
Me dí a la tarea de buscar televisor. Los de plasma, los más baratos (relativamente) cuestan $4000. Los de proyección LCD andan por el mismo precio, aunque no entiendo por qué si los de plasma tienen mejor calidad y son más delgados, pero aún así son un bonito juguete. Sin decirlo mucho, estos precios están muy por encima de lo que pensaba pagar por un tele, hasta que en Hogar Feliz de Multiplaza encontré un televisor Sony de proyección LCD en $2500, muy por debajo que los otros, pero si de acorde a los precios que vi en Internet en otros países.
También comparé precios de televisores LCD, y aunque eran más baratos, en la relación tamańo-precio el Sony salía ganando.
Después de días, y lo digo literalmente, días de romperme la cabeza pensando en el montón de plata que era, pero intentando compensarlo por la buena oferta que sería un tele de $4000 por solo $2500, decidí intentar sacar un mejor precio. Al final, me lo dejaron en $2300, y decidí comprarlo. Así que pedí un carro prestado, llamé al vendedor, y le dije que alistara el televisor, porque en la noche pasaba a comprarlo.
Al llegar a la tienda, ya el televisor estaba en su caja, fuera de la tienda, y con un tipo con una “perra” esperando para ayudarme a cargar el televisor hasta el carro. Al llegar a la caja, la computadora dice que el televisor vale $4364!
Después de revisar la computadora y cuanto papel se les ocurrió, me dicen que fue un error, y que el verdadero precio es $4364! Que clase de empresa hace un error de $1936! Y ni siquiera me ofrecen algún tipo de arreglo en el precio para que yo lo pueda comprar, aunque tampoco lo hubiera comprado, para pagar todo ese dinero, prefiero comprar uno de plasma! Ni siquiera en la tienda de la Sony lo tenian tan caro. El que me vendían era el KF-42WE610, y en la Sony tenían el KF-42620 (mejor modelo) en un poco menos de $4000.
Así que toda mi ilusión, sumada con la congoja a la que me sometí durante los últimos días, intentando justificar la compra, se fueron por el caño. Dicho sea de paso, nunca volveré a comprar algo en Hogar Feliz, ni volveré a recomendarlos, y hasta intentaré disuadir a cualquier persona que intente comprar con ellos.
Para mí, por supuesto que el precio es importante, pero todavía más importante que el precio, es la seriedad de la compañía con la que estoy lidiando y como me tratan como cliente, y no creo poder esperar mucha seriedad de una compañía que hace un error de $1934, y al darse cuenta simplemente me dice que fue un error y no hace por donde contentarme como cliente. Si para ellos no soy importante, perfecto! Para alguna otra compañia si lo seré.
Este iba a ser mi regalo de mí para mí, pero me imagino que “Santa” no viene este año.
