La noche de ayer y madrugada de hoy fue la primera actividad de lasbirras.com, en los bares BoomBox y Speed7.
Las birras es un sitio orientado al (sano, o disque) entretenimiento nocturno de Costa Rica. La idea principal para atraer público es crear una galería de fotos sobre bares de nacionales, o más bien sobre la gente diviertiéndose en bares nacionales, aunque también ofrecerá otros servicios como un foro de discusión.
Jose Zuñiga, un amigo desde hace ya varios años, esta organizando este sitio, así que le estoy ayudando en todo lo que me sea posible, lo que nos lleva de nuevo a la primera actividad.
Ya que yo tengo una buena cámara, Jose me pidió ayuda para tomar las fotos en los bares, y yo de paso invité a mi amigo Oscar.
La primera parada fue en Boom Box, y salimos del bar alrededor de las 11:30pm. El principal problema en Boom Box fue la neblina, ya tengo otra razon para odiarla. Nunca me gusto porque cuando uno esta bailando y tiran la neblina, me cuesta un poco respirar, pero al tomar fotos, si se toman sin flash lo único que queda es un parchón negro, y si se toman con flash fuerte, la luz rebota en la neblina quedando un parchón blanco. La solución fue tomarlo con flash suave para que quedara un parchón gris y después rescatar la imagen con la ayuda de Gimp. Esto no era muy problem´tico a la hora tomar fotos frente a frente con las personas, pero si al hacer tomas generales del bar y de los animadores en la tarima.
El amigo de seguridad que cuidaba la entrada al VIP no querí que le tom´ramos fotos, pero al final se dió por vencido y si nos dejó, yo creo que el hecho de que ya le habíamos tomado dos fotos cada uno ayud&ocaute; a convencerlo. Después de todo, es mejor que publiquen una foto de el posando para la cámara que una donde sale tratando de esconderse.
La segunda y última parada en nuestro tour de bares fue en Speed7, del cual salimos alrededor de la 1:30pm. Oscar no nos acompañó porque hoy tenía que entrar a trabajar temprano.
Por fin, un bar sin neblina! Speed7 es un bar abierto, y aqui la neblina no tiene mucho sentido. Pudimos entrar a Speed7 porque los dueños nos vieron tomando fotos en Boom Box. Cuando se nos acercaron y empezaron a hacer preguntas, yo creí que nos iban a ocasionar problemas, pero al final nos invitaron a su bar para tomar más fotos.
La mayoría de la gente se apunta al vacilón y se deja tomar fotos, pero de vez en cuando alguien no quiere. Encontramos varias maneras de convencerlos, por ejemplo, tomar fotos de la gente alrededor de ellos, y gracias a que usamos cámaras digitales, las enseñamos de inmediato para que las puedan ver, entonces quien no quería se emociona y cambia de opinión.
Fue sumamente divertido, hacer dos cosas que me gustan a la vez: Andar de bar en bar, y tomar fotos. Ahora solo falta que lasbirras.com sea un éxito para que algún día se pueda hacer por plata
